- Former Business Owner & Operator: I successfully owned and operated a fabrication shop for five years, where I honed my skills in stone fabrication and management.
- Lead Installer: For six years, I served as the lead installer at a renowned company specializing in Cambria countertops. My hands-on experience in installation has given me a deep understanding of material properties and installation techniques.
- Operations Manager: I spent two years at a countertop installation shop as an operations manager, overseeing projects and ensuring quality throughout the installation process. My focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction helped drive the company’s success.
- Military Background: Before my career in the stone industry, I proudly served as an infantry squad/team leader in the United States Marine Corps for eight years. This experience instilled in me values of discipline, leadership, and teamwork that I carry into my business today.
